  • Enhance your Squarespace store with expert guidance, add or update products, whether physical, digital, or services. Optimize product descriptions, checkout page and customize your squarespace store for a seamless shopping experience.

  • Refresh and integrate your new branding, logos, colors, fonts and imagery into your Squarespace site. Ensure a cohesive and polished look that reflects your refreshed brand identity.

A Design Day is super effective way to take care of your website updates to-do list once and for all. During this laser-focused immersion session, I’ll help you enhance your online presence, so you can stand out in your industry.

  • Get expert, one-on-one guidance tailored to your business and where your website is and where you want it to be. I’ll help you make strategic design choices that align with your brand and goals.

  • Receive a detailed PDF welcome kit before your Design Day to help you prepare with ease. It includes simple options for sending images, files, and key details in advance.

  • Stay in the loop with three status updates throughout your Design Day. You’ll get notifications at the start, during key progress points, and a final wrap-up so you always know where things stand.

  • You choose the project style that fits your needs: a Done-for-You backstage website implementation (requires full admin access) or a Done-with-You, this is a Blended Zoom session for real-time collaboration.

  • Receive a comprehensive session recap within five days, including key takeaways and at least three pro tips for maintaining and optimizing your website.

  • Get a personalized video tutorial covering any key updates from your VIP Design Day, so you can confidently manage and refine your website moving forward. 

  • Get peace of mind with one week of email support after your Design Day. Ask follow-up questions and get expert guidance as you settle into your updated site.

  • With your Design Day, your tasks are planned in advance for maximum efficiency. You can request up to 10 revisions as live changes for 3 days after your session to fine-tune the final details.

  • Your Design Day is a focused 6-hour studio session dedicated to transforming your website efficiently. I work through your priority list with strategy and speed to maximize results.

  • Need more time? You can book a half-day or book multiple days for larger projects. This flexibility ensures we cover everything on your wishlist.

I help my clients build beautiful, functional Squarespace websites through a blend of strategic design, visual storytelling and the latest user-friendly tech solutions. My VIP Design Days were created specifically for wellness professionals, creatives, heart-centered entrepreneurs, career changers who want to launch, refresh or optimize their websites without the long wait times.   • Yes! Design Days can be booked up to 3 months in advance. It’s common to book about 4 weeks in advance. Let me know your timeline and launch goals so we can plan the perfect session for you!

  • My next available dates are in March and April! Spots fill up quickly, so reach out soon to secure your preferred date. 

  • If you’re ready to refresh your website, preparing for a big launch, or tired of DIY struggles, now is the perfect time! A VIP Design Day gives you expert support and fast results in just one day.

  • Have your image files (JPEGs) and website copy (Google Docs) ready to go! You'll receive a checklist, access to a client portal, and your own Dropbox link plus plenty of resources to help you prep with ease.

  • This is designed to save you time! Plan for 1–2 hours to confirm your priority tasks, gather content, and complete prep before your session. On the day, stay available by mobile and email for quick check-ins. If you schedule a blended zoom session, you can plan to include that participation time.

  • Yes, plan to be available by mobile and email for any quick approvals or mobile verification steps on the day of your sesion.

  • Yes! I’ve specialized in Squarespace for 5+ years and can share why it’s a great choice in a quick call. I also work with tools that integrate well with Squarespace, including HoneyBook, Google Suite, Photoshop, Canva, Notion, ChatGPT, Calendly, Acuity, Substack, Teachable, and Squarespace Courses. 

  • No problem! I work with clients across different time zones and will do my best to accommodate your schedule. Design Days typically run on Pacific Time and, or EST, but we can discuss timing options to ensure a smooth workflow.

  • You can pay in full or split your payment into two installments. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. A payment of $500 USD is required to secure your booking, with remaining balance due by Project Start. Payment plans can be available for website clients.

  • The Design Day is all-inclusive website service, with no extra charges. When it comes to website budget planning, don't forget extras like a photographer, copywriting help, website widgets (e.g., countdown timers, review displays), or your Squarespace subscription. View Squarespace pricing here. Most projects only need the Business Plan subscription, which supports up to 20 products in your store, and Squarespace Courses.

  • Yes! I offer a Power Hour $195 USD for a done-with-you Zoom session, you can schedule that here and a Website Audit $175 USD to get expert insights, you can purchase here.   • I offer fun seasonal discounts a few times a year, subscribe to my newsletter to hear about them first! And I have a referral program and other opportunities to save.

  • You can book additional full day, up to 4 days, or a half day at $445 to keep the momentum going and get everything completed.

  • Yes and no. Design Day is a 1:1 service focused on individualized support for small business owners and solopreneurs. Agencies often charge $10K–$30K for full-scale projects, but this premium express VIP service is designed to get results in just one day. If you’d like team collaboration, I’d need more details, your project may be better suited as a Custom project. You can also schedule a separate Team Training or Website Strategy session to ensure your team is set up for success.

  • Yes! I’m here for support beyond launch day. You can book a Half-Day Design Session ($445) for smaller updates, a Power Hour ($195) for strategy via Zoom, or a Website Voxer Session ($95) for quick mobile support.   • Your service date includes a one-time reschedule with at least 12 hours' notice. If not rescheduled within this timeframe, a $250 rescheduling fee applies, and based on schedule availability. Cancellations within one week of booking are non-refundable. If canceled within three weeks of the start date, refer to your invoice for details. No refunds or late cancellations are permitted. To reschedule, submit a request at least 12 hours in advance to avoid fee. Please review your service details, and reach out with any scheduling inquiries, I'm happy to assist!

  • I have been creating Squarespace websites since 2017 and studied with ilovecreatives in 2021, where I was introduced to design principles and custom coding. I also completed Square Secrets certification with designer Paige Brunton in 2021. In 2024, I completed a certification in Accessibility and Inclusive Design from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. I also teach Web Design with Squarespace at Portland Community College. My background includes an MA in Media Studies from The New School in NYC and an MFA from SVA. I joined many great designers at Squarespace Circle Day at NYC headquarters in 2023.
